B2B SEO Consultant
B2B buyers don’t buy on impulse. They research, compare, involve other people and take weeks or months to decide. If your website isn’t visible during that research, the shortlist gets made without you.
I’m Alina, an independent B2B SEO consultant based in London. I provide B2B SEO services for professional services and B2B firms that want senior work without agency overheads — you work directly with me.

What is B2B SEO?
B2B SEO is search optimisation built around how business buyers research: long cycles, several decision-makers, and a lot of comparison before anyone picks up the phone.
It isn’t about ranking for the biggest keywords. In B2B, ranking for the right 500 searches beats ranking for the wrong 50,000 — so the work focuses on qualified pipeline, not just traffic.
And because buyers increasingly shortlist vendors in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, AI search visibility is built in as standard.

My B2B SEO process
How I approach B2B SEO
Search visibility that matches how your buyers actually research — from the first problem-aware search to the moment someone fills in your contact form.
1
Audit & discovery
I review your site, your competitors and your current visibility, and learn how your buyers decide — so the strategy is tied to your pipeline from day one.
2
Full-funnel keyword strategy
I map search demand across the whole buyer journey, from “what is [problem]” to “best [solution] for [industry]”, and prioritise the terms most likely to bring qualified pipeline. Outcome: content that reaches buyers at every stage, not only when they’re ready to convert.
3
Content that earns credibility
B2B buyers need proof before they pick up the phone. I create comparisons, guides, use cases and evidence — written for a decision-maker, not to fill a content calendar. Outcome: buyers who arrive at your contact page already convinced.
4
AI search visibility (GEO)
I optimise your content and entity signals so your brand appears in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini answers — and I track it for every client. Outcome: presence wherever your buyers research.

“Working with Alina has been incredible for my business… The communication is amazing (quick replies, clear updates, no chasing needed). It feels like she’s part of the team rather than an external freelancer.”

Agency partner
Why a freelancer instead of an agency?
Agencies charge £2,000+ monthly minimums, and the work is often done by whoever is available. With a freelancer, the person you speak to on the discovery call is the person doing the work a year later.
I worked agency-side before going independent, so I know both models from the inside. Some businesses genuinely need an agency. If you need ten deliverables a week across five channels, that’s not me. If you need one experienced person who knows your business properly and is accountable for results, that’s exactly me.
Not sure where to start?
Most B2B firms come to me with one of three things.
01
Invisible during buyer research
Buyers compare options online, and your firm isn’t part of that research.
02
Traffic, but no pipeline
People visit your site, but the right decision-makers don’t get in touch.
Whichever applies, the starting point is the same: a free call where I look at your site first.
Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions? I’m here to help!
How much does B2B SEO cost?
B2B SEO runs as my monthly SEO service, from £750 a month with no minimum contract. If you’d like a plan before committing, an SEO audit (from £350) or an SEO roadmap is a good first step.
Why hire a freelance B2B SEO consultant instead of an agency?
Direct access, lower overheads and consistency. You get senior work without paying for office space and account management layers. The trade-off is capacity: I take on a limited number of clients, so each one gets proper attention.
Is B2B SEO slower to show results than B2C?
Often, yes. Buying cycles are longer and search volumes are lower. But B2B conversions are worth far more, so reaching the right 500 people matters more than ranking for high-volume terms that bring the wrong audience.
Do you work with niche products or services?
Yes — and niche B2B is where SEO works hardest. When volumes are low but intent is high, well-targeted content can own a category without a big budget.
What about AI search? Do B2B buyers use it?
Increasingly, yes. Procurement teams and senior decision-makers use ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini to shortlist vendors. I build GEO into all B2B work as standard, and I track AI visibility monthly so you can see it moving.
Can you help with content, or just strategy?
Both. I can lead on strategy and support your team’s execution, or handle content end to end.
How do you measure success?
Rankings and traffic — but connected to the numbers that matter: leads, form fills and pipeline. If a report needs a translator, it’s a bad report.
