What is an SEO audit?
An SEO audit is a full health check of your website: what Google sees, where visibility is leaking, and which fixes will make the biggest difference.
Before you invest in content, links or a new website, you need clarity. An audit shows what’s working, what’s holding you back and where the biggest wins are — so every next step is based on evidence, not guesswork.
You won’t get a 200-line spreadsheet without context. You get a clear plan, with the impact and effort of every recommendation.

My audit process
How does an SEO audit work?
Four clear steps, from first access to a plan you can act on.
1
Discovery & access
I learn what success looks like for you, review your site’s history and get access to GA4, Search Console and your CMS — so the findings are grounded in real data.
2
Full SEO audit
Technical SEO, indexation, on-page structure, internal linking, content quality and performance — plus competitor checks to spot missed opportunities.
3
Prioritised roadmap
A clear action plan with priorities, impact vs effort and implementation notes — so you know exactly what to fix first and why.
4
Walkthrough call
We go through the findings together, so you and your team leave knowing what to do next — on your own or with my help.

You’re about to change your site and want to protect the rankings you’ve built.
02
Traffic has stalled
Rankings or enquiries have dropped, and you don’t know why.
03

Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions? I’m here to help!
How much does an SEO audit cost?
My SEO audits start from £350 as a one-off, fixed-price project. Larger or more complex sites are quoted upfront, before any work starts — no surprises.
What’s included in your SEO audit?
I review:
- Crawlability and indexation (robots, noindex, sitemaps)
- Site architecture and internal linking
- Core Web Vitals, speed and performance
- Redirects, canonicals, duplicates and errors
- On-page SEO (titles, headings, search intent)
- Content quality and gaps
- Competitor and keyword opportunities
- A prioritised action plan (impact vs effort)
How long does an SEO audit take?
Most audits take 7–14 days, depending on the size and complexity of your site and how quickly I can get access to GA4 and Search Console.
Do you need access to my GA4 and Google Search Console?
It helps a lot. I can still audit without them, but access means the recommendations are based on real performance data, and I can find the biggest opportunities faster.
Will an SEO audit fix my rankings?
An audit doesn’t change rankings on its own — the improvements come from implementing the recommendations. What the audit gives you is clarity on what to fix first, and why.
Is an SEO audit worth it if my site is new?
Yes. Auditing early helps you avoid structural issues, build the right foundations and prioritise the pages that can rank sooner — especially if you’re launching new services or locations.
Can you implement the fixes after the audit?
Yes. I can support your team or developer, or do the work myself as part of my monthly SEO services — whichever suits you.
What results can I expect after implementing the audit?
Results vary, but most businesses see better crawl health, more stable indexation, faster pages and improved rankings on their priority pages over the following weeks and months.
